Recognize Your Work Style

At work, relationship with the environment more or less effect on work performance.Relationship with the environment is affected by how the forms of interaction when completing the work, as well as matters related to issues outside workers.

Form of interaction when completing the work with superiors, peers and subordinates known as work style.
Style of work is divided into five types: commanding, marginally, indifferent, humanistic and enlighting.

One can know the tendencies of the dominant style of work through the questionnaire as a measuring tool. By knowing the style of work, one can use the strengths and improve weaknesses.

Commanding
Commanding style of work or also known as work style rule. This work style power-oriented. The working relationship is based on the pattern of superiors and subordinates.

People with this work style tends to be self-righteous. Style of work is usually required when a critical situation that requires quick decision making.

Marginal

Marginal employment-oriented style rules that must be adhered to and orders from superiors. People with this work style is usually only follow orders and not creative. Style of work is required in the workplace that require only one type of do-er or executor.

Indiffirent
Work style indifferent or ignorant just task-oriented itself. Someone with dominant work style indifferent only focus to resolve the matter without obligation on the state of the overall system.

This work style will be exactly applied to a typical workplace with no jobs are interdependent on each other.

Humanistic

Humanistic work style is a style-oriented work on feelings. A person with this work style tends to avoid the noise in the workplace due to the conflict. Dissent is something that is very avoidable.

Disadvantages of this work style is usually not taken a decision in a firm, especially when the time is urgent. While the advantage is to foster good relationships and cohesiveness of personnel in the workplace.

Enlighting

Enlighting work style is a style of work that is considered the most ideal to be applied in general. This work style oriented joint achievement or success.

The advantages of this style of work on the discussion, the sharing of ideas, joint evaluation, and strong teamwork. This work style will fit with the typical job involves a lot of personnel with a parallel role.

Implementation of the work force is determined also by the typical workplace and jobs.There is no best style of work, but there is only the most appropriate style of work.
